Remote Administrative & Creative Support (Barter-Based Role)

Are you ready to blend spirituality, creativity, and purposeful service?
This role is a rare opportunity to step behind the scenes of a spiritually guided, technology-forward Aquarian organization dedicated to humanity’s awakening and interstellar collaboration.
As part of the Interstellar Earth Alliance, you’ll work directly with Ahlara Kent, Flamekeeper and CEO, learning the inner architecture of a multidimensional business — from energetic structure to system design. You’ll gain hands-on experience in communications, creative administration, and sacred business operations while receiving mentoring, energetic attunements, and field inclusion within The Station.
This position supports The Station — the energetic and operational hub of the Interstellar Earth Alliance (IEA) — by assisting with behind-the-scenes administrative and creative tasks. It is designed for someone who wishes to learn, grow, and be empowered in the back-end operations of a spiritual organization dedicated to humanity’s evolution and interstellar connection. You’ll develop practical skills in administration, communication, and design while being held in the IEA’s energetic field of light and supported in your personal development.
This isn’t just a role — it’s a mentorship in spiritual entrepreneurship, combining practical skill-building with profound personal transformation.

Hours: Estimated 5–15 hours per month, depending on project needs
Compensation: This is a barter-based role, not a traditional paid position. The barter value is equivalent to $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. More details at the bottom of the page.

Key Responsibilities
Training will be provided, but the right candidate will bring initiative and curiosity to learn. Tasks may include:

Supporting the backend operations of The Station

Creating and maintaining landing pages

Uploading and managing events on platforms such as Eventbrite, Meetup, and social media

Assisting with social media posts and marketing design

Basic video editing and uploading content to YouTube

Assisting with website updates and maintenance through Wix

Exploring creative ways to improve systems and workflows

Tech support on live calls via Zoom
Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
